Yes, that IS a railing you see my feet sticking out from under. I'm not THAT crazy!!! :)
Before noon a front started moving in and rain came down. This is the beach before the rain.
The photo below is the Port Isabel Lighthouse that I climbed. I was at the top! WooHoo!!! It is over 60 feet tall and was built in about 1858 I think. It is one of the oldest in the state.
We had a great time that day. I was proud I climbed the lighthouse and went outside to see the view!

Looks like a beautiful trip. That photo of your feet at the top of the light house is very cool.
I'm terrified of heights, too. I can't even stand right up at the railing like that - scared it'll break somehow. Just seeing your toes sticking out gives me the heebie jeebies.
CLAP, CLAP, CLAP I am very proud of you. Climbing up that lighthouse when you have a fear of heights is such a brave thing. I would say you have done ONE impossible thing for the entire month! :)Bea
