Infused with Intention

I have really been enjoying my
Starry Night Delight tea
from Zen granny's Sage Gardens.

This herbal blend contains lemon balm, oatstraw,
chamomile, mint, passion flower, and lavender.
Here are some links to read on how some of these
are beneficial to us.

Hope you are having a wonderful day

Love that little tea pot. It looks metal. Great shape and patina.

Starry Night Delight! Even the name sounds romantic, and a bit artsy, too. I'm off to read more about the benefits of this tea. Have a great Tea Tuesday.

Happy tuesday! and thanks as always for joining me for tea! I enjoy what you bring to the table :)
