My word for 2013---wellness

My word for 2013 is WELLNESS. I go to the local 'wellness center' at least 3 times a week. That is my beginning of having wellness in my life. This article is interesting and something that I wanted to share with you. It's all about the 'Seven Dimensions of Wellness'. Here is an excerpt.... Wellness is much more than merely physical health, exercise or nutrition. It is the full integration of states of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. They include social, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, intellectual and physical wellness. Each of these seven dimensions act and interact in a way that contributes to our own quality of life. To read more go to.... http://wellness.ucr.edu/seven_dimensions.html

Good for you! Wellness in all areas of life is what we should all strive for. I'm working on that goal as well.

I love the painting that was done for you at the art center. It is perfect for your banner. It shows you with spunk and an attitude!!! Love it.

Looks like your house changes are coming along nicely. Also, good inspiration from integrating all aspects of our lives..sounds like the new year is suiting you well!

That's a great word - very proactive! I'm sure you will experience wellness in ways you hadn't imagined. I believe what you say - it's all woven together into one complete package
