Happy PPF!
This is my mixed media Christmas angel.
I love doing my angels on hymnal pages,
book pages, or watercolor paper.
I usually add acrylics, and also quotes
that I print out on paper.
I use stencils quite often in the background.
She is a full size watercolor sheet.
I named it,
To Live in this World...
From Mary Olivers quote,
"To live in this world,
you must be able to do three things:
to love what is mortal
to hold it against your bones
knowing your own life depends on it
and
when the time comes
to let it go,
to let it go."

Thank you for the migraine advice. I'll try it. CoQ10 usually works for me but hasn't been enough lately. I used to take magnesium and can't remember why I stopped so I'll start it back and look into the B2 as well. I take a prescription B vitamin but don't know if it contains B2.
