Close ups of WORDS

Last week for Paint Party Friday I posted a mixed media piece
called WORDS.
Thanks so much for all your sweet comments.
Click
to see the finished piece.

WORDS was made with all 52 of my inchie art pieces
for a project I had been involved in at
Every Inchie Monday.
Clilck
if you want to find out more about this project.

I had many comments and emails,
some of you asking for more close up photos,
I assume of all the inchie art.
You can click on any photo on my blog
to enlarge it,
but here are some larger detail shots for you.
Remember you can even click on these to enlarge them even more.

It didn't take that long to make each inchie,
or put together this piece.
Some of you ask me about that.
I don't ever keep track of how long
something takes me to do.
I just have fun with it.
I had to do something with 52 inchies.
It ended up taking about 2 hours to create.
Once I figure it out in my head,
then it goes together pretty fast.

Savor the Day!
Yvonne

I always think it is funny when somebody asks me how long does a piece of art take to create. Usually, it's somebody that isn't an artist. lol I love the closeup of the inchies. It was such a great idea to put them all together.
BTW, I'm back at my old blog site. WordPress was just giving me fits trying to work with it.
So, come over and visit. It's Dogintheholestudio.com

Thanks for the closes up photos because I find that Blogger has recently changed their photo display so that we can't enlarge as much as in the past. Love your project!

I love all the inchies together so much that I'm thinking I may have to make an inchie book cover. Very inspiring, Y!

Thank you for the close ups...this is spectacular. I hope to unite my 52 Inchies made from fabric so hopefully into a wall hanging. Happy Halloween! Peace, Mary Helen
